1. Services
Ashleigh provides subscription-based private mathematics tutoring services.
2. Subscriptions and payments

All services are prepaid.

Subscriptions grant access to tutoring sessions according to the selected plan.

Services begin once payment has been received.
3. Scheduling and attendance

Sessions must be booked in advance and are subject to availability.

Missed sessions without proper cancellation are considered used.
4. Cancellation and rescheduling

Sessions may be cancelled or rescheduled up to 24 hours in advance.

Sessions cancelled within this timeframe may be rebooked using the session credit.

Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled session are non-refundable, and the session credit is forfeited.
Exceptions may be made at Ashleigh’s discretion.
5. Changes and availability
Ashleigh reserves the right to reschedule or cancel sessions due to illness or unforeseen circumstances. In such cases, a replacement session or credit will be provided.
6. Conduct
Respectful behaviour is required at all times. Services may be terminated if behaviour is inappropriate or disruptive.
7. Liability
Tutoring services provide academic support only. No specific academic results are guaranteed.
Liability is limited to the extent permitted under Swiss law.
8. Intellectual property
All teaching materials remain the intellectual property of Ashleigh and may not be shared or distributed without permission.
9. Governing law
These Terms and Conditions are governed by Swiss law. Jurisdiction is Switzerland.
